Inclusion: Perspectives on Career Advancement
is the Banner's 1st annual magazine geared toward young
adults of various ethnic backgrounds. It is a resource for college
graduates and young adults who are seeking to advance their professional
development in organizations that are committed to inclusion.
Inclusion: Perspectives on Career Advancement's mission
is to empower young professionals with the information and tools
they need to advance their careers within Massachusetts. It provides
the space for readers to share their personal experiences about
navigating the challenges and opportunities of a diverse workplace.
It also provides a review of the state of diversity in Massachusetts
and documents efforts that companies are making towards an inclusive
work environment.
